Role of our volunteer
Volunteers play a crucial role in ITVYP. We need volunteers to support our cause; they should have a passion for working with ethnic minority parents and youth.
Volunteers should be familiar with issues which affect ethnic minority parents and youth. They should have an understanding of anti-discrimination and diversity issues.
How to support
Volunteers are expected to:
- To engage with the community to understand their needs and gather feedback. Ensuring the company activities remain relevant and impactful.
- To support in fundraising and help to raise awareness and secure necessary resources.
- To support running programs workshops or events.
- To provide a central administrative support including tasks like data entry, managing communications and organising events.
