Impact of Parenting on Mental Health

ITVYP team delivered a talk on the impact of parenting on mental health during the celebration of the International Women’s day at St Alfege Church in Greenwich.
Parenting plays an important role in shaping the psychological well-being of both children. Understanding its impact on mental health is essential for fostering healthier family dynamics and ensuring emotional well-being.
A parent influences a child’s emotional development. Parents have to acknowledge and deal with the challenges that come with parenting, including stress, anxiety, and societal pressures.
Our appreciation goes to the SWF Greenwich Executive Committee especially the Chair lady (Mrs. Justine Kakande) for the invitation and warm welcome.
